Individual Coaching
Suitable for leaders and individuals who seek to:
- Speed drive their personal development or
- Solve a specific individual or leadership challenge.
Coach = partner and guide with a 360 view, who understands where you come from.
- Transformative process to develop & implement a tailored plan for your unique context.
- Strict confidentiality. Even if coaching is chartered by the company, zero information is forwarded unless coachee explicitly agrees. Sole exception: Number and date of sessions delivered.
- Delivery mode: Virtual (Zoom/MS Teams) / inhouse (Greater Zurich Area).
Packages:
- One session at a time (usually 60min.) or coaching-packages with several sessions over a period of time.
- Stand alone or in package with workshops and/or assessments to enhance takeways
- Packages include free email consultations and complimentary assignments between sessions.
