after having been involved with “mindfulness” for several years, your course (Search Inside Yourself) offered me wonderful and very useful additions. What I particularly liked: theory in concentrated blocks – an a huge variety of exercises to anchor the theory into everyday life. Although I only use 3 of these 25 or so exercises every day…there are still 3. Should I have a need for new experiences, I know where to find inspiration:-).

It was such a great experience to take part in Isabell’s ‘Search Inside Yourself’ online seminar about emotional intelligence! Her way of teaching and mentoring helped to understand the concepts and to build a sustainable routine for practising mindfulness, self-management and approaching difficult situations. I had the pleasure to be part of a “Search Inside Yourself” Training held by Isabell.

Due to COVID-19 she needed to hold class only online via Zoom meetings. It was her first experience to hold a training like this online. To be honest, I had some concerns how a course which is deeply into personality and which is also living from the personal connections between trainer and attendees and also among the attendees.

Many words, short story – Isabell did a fantastic job! Within only a few moments we were a sworn in group and were able to discuss and share very personal topics. She was able to teach complex topics in an easy way and I really felt valued and to be in the right place. If anyone ever wants to discuss about EI and surrounding topics or would like to join a training – I highly recommend Isabell due to her empathetic personality and her way to share to content with you. I already look forward to hear more from Isabell and to future discussions.

Emotional intelligence is certainly one of the key competencies in our today´s world of uncertainty and increasing complexity. I wanted to learn more about it and found Search Inside Yourself ’. The experience exceeded all of my expectations. During the training, you will get to know and understand yourself better. You learn to listen empathically to other people and understand what motivates them or what is not. It is a journey to yourself, empathy, active listening, mindfulness, and self-reflection.

This included joint meditations and many – sometimes very personal – conversations with the other participants. After a short time, we felt like a trusted team, together on the way to new perspectives. The supported transfer process over two months is unique. Every day there are small tasks of two to ten minutes. The excuse “I didn’t have time” is thus eliminated. This was the real enabler to change behavior and to achieve sustainable progress.

Isabell conveys the course content with a lot of enthusiasm, empathy, and humor. She was able to teach complex topics easily and I felt valued and to be in the right place. Due to her clarity, you know where the process journey is going and you always feel in good hands and competently supported. Isabell creates a serene atmosphere with her calm and benevolent manner, which makes mindful work possible in the first place.
I strongly recommend taking this impressive journey with Isabell. She makes the difference.
