I’m Isabell Dittmar – founder of Dittmar Consult and creator of the IQxEQ Future-Ready Leadership Model.
With over 25 years of international leadership, two decades of executive coaching and at the roots an industrial engineer, I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking, emotional intelligence, and business pragmatism to the leaders and teams I serve. Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, I support organisational & individual transformation, by developing emotionally intelligent & agile leaders & teams. Inhouse or virtual. Globally. Before founding my own advisory firm, I worked in global HR leadership & business roles across industries such as automotive, engineering, packaging, and distribution — including at Bosch, Amcor, Sulzer, and Kennametal. Earlier, I was a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.
Today, I coach CEOs, engineers, senior scientists, and emerging leaders across Europe, Asia, and the Americas — helping them navigate complexity with clarity, resilience, and a human touch.
